West Coast Labels Return & Refund Policy

At West Coast Labels, we are committed to providing high-quality custom label solutions. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we understand that issues may occasionally arise. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth resolution process.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or does not meet the approved specifications. Eligible return situations include:
- Manufacturing defects (e.g., misprints, color discrepancies, material flaws)
- Errors in production that differ from the final approved proof
- Damage incurred during shipping (must be reported immediately upon receipt)
Returns can only be done on stock products if they are unused, ordered incorrectly, and returned within 72 hours of receiving the item. West Coast Labels will not be responsible for shipping costs associated with returns.
2. Return Process:
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, follow these steps:

3. Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition.
- Products cannot be returned if they have been altered, used, or damaged after delivery.
- Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted.
4. Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-printed labels that meet approved proofs and specifications
- Products damaged due to improper handling or storage after delivery
- Errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer
5. Shipping for Returns:
- If the return is due to an error on our part, we will set up the return shipment and provide the appropriate documentation.
- For returns not related to manufacturing defects, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
6. Cancellations:
- Orders can only be canceled before production has started. Once production begins, cancellations are not possible.
